So wow. Too Cold for School tour was outstanding, I had so much fun with all those bands and made some great new friends. (Make sure you guys add me to your myspace if you see this!!!) Everyone needs to check out all the bands on this tour; even though its about done now. Still, some grade "A" bands. If you didnt catch this tour, sucks for you!!

I updated the "Links" section with two new ones, so be sure to check that out!

I know I have said this before, but I really will be updating the show calender on the site; soon. I swears.

In unrelated news; I made the offical switch to Firefox, buhbye IE! :)

It is nearly four in the morning; I think I should try to get some sleep...

...Like alwaaaaaaaaays, Pleeeeeeease keep posting my banner(s) on your website, livejournal, myspace, message board signature's, or whatever it is that you got. Click HERE for the banners and codes! I recently updated the blog with more codes for posting the banners in different spots. Also added four new color flyers if you want to post them somewhere as well, so check it out again if you havent in awhile!

...Ok, so here is the deal!
Alright, so i recently moved into a new house (still in Raleigh, NC) and things are going pretty well. Only thing is, I dont have a desk for my computer. Currently I am sitting on the floor and it sucks. I cant spend more than 30 minutes at a time on the ground before my back starts killing my and my wrists want to fall off. I will be getting a desk very soon and then things will be back to the completely normal status that I love.

I have well over 1,000 photos to go through and edit from the bunch of dates I was with on the Too Cold for School tour. I had such an amazing time. Also a photos from Spitalfields tour. So yeah. I am stoked to be bringing all those photos for you all asap!!!

Give me about a weekish time before I have all these photos online! Thanks for your patience :)

I wasn't able to shoot Panic! At The Disco or Boys Night Out because we got to the venue (in Portsmouth, Virginia) sorta late. Big bummer, I really wanted to catch Panic! At The Disco!! Grrr!

This show was the first show that I got to use my new camera setup! A Nikon D70s and the SB-800 flash unit. It took a little warming up too; but overall I am VERY happy with my shots!

I got a good weekend for shows coming up. Classic Case has their cd release party on Friday in Greensboro, NC; and then a double header show (AM/PM show(s)) on Saturday at the Brewery in Raleigh, NC with He Is Legend and Classic Case!

I am also gearing up to update the show calendar on the site; its bout due for one!

----------------

Woooooooooow, So how glad am I that all that is done and in the books? VERY!!!

As I am sure you can already tell, I was able to snag a press/photo pass for the Charlotte, NC stop during this summers Warped Tour! I really can't believe how well it went for me and how much fun was had. Even though it POURED cats and dogs for a good two or three hours (and later got sick because of that), it was still a HELL of a time! Thanks a lot to the people that made it possible for me to shoot the show(s)! I saw so many friends on the tour and made so many new ones, really really amazing time.

Other than that, things are going pretty well! Nothing else to really "report" on.

...

Everyone really needs to check out Bleeding Star Clothing. They have some killer designs for shirts over there, buy some stuff. It rules!!

Also, while on the topic of shirts and design... you should look into snagging one of Laurie Shipley new shirt. The design looks amazing in print. Besides, I own one... so that means you should too? hehe :P

And, as always, Pleeeeeeease keep posting my banner(s) on your website, livejournal, myspace, message board signature's, or whatever it is you got. Click HERE for the banners and codes; Thanks much!

Never let your feet touch the ground! :)
Sup crew?

This is a pretty solid update, I am happy with it.

Yeaaaaaaah... you all should know the drill now-a-days... click each link to view the shots from said show or just go to the "Photography" section to view all albums like normal.

Sullivan - 07/22/05 (The Brewery)
Between The Buried and Me - 07/21/05 (Cats Cradle)
Sinai Beach - 07/21/05 (Cats Cradle)
The Acacia Strain - 07/21/05 (Cats Cradle)
The Receiving End of Sirens - 07/11/05 (The Brewery)
The Sleeping - 07/11/05 (The Brewery)
Scary Kids Scaring Kids - 07/11/05 (The Brewery)

----------------

My press photo of New Atlantic in Alternative Press (AP Magazine) will be out in stores 08/04/05 (with Underoath on the cover, I think). They will be the band of the month in that months issue, so be sure to buy the magazine and the bands merch! :)

Slowly working on a design for a shirt, it is going to be ill. Laurie Shipley rules.

Also, I have started to put together a photography portfolio for myself using what I think to be my best shots and getting them all printed professionally. Big thanks to Kerry for hooking me up!!! <33

I have also started to toy with the idea of selling prints of some of my shots for what ever reason to whoever wants some. So if anyone sees a photo that they just couldnt live without a print of, let me know. We can work something out for sure. Nothing wicked expensive, no worries.

I added a new Photographers / Videographers / Other Artists sub-section into the 'Links' area, so check it out! If you want to trade links or I forgot to add you, contact me please!

Pleeeeeeease keep posting my banner(s) on your website, livejournal, myspace, message board signature's, or whatever it is you got. Click HERE for the banners and codes; Thanks much!

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Till next time friends!

josh.hofer

ps.
I love Cartel, the new LP is going to blow the doors and socks off EVERYONE.
